Thor cannot whisper.

He genuinely believes he is whispering because, by Asgardian standards, he's being quiet. Steve will be trying to sneak around somewhere and Thor will lean down and loudly whisper:

“STEVE. I BELIEVE WE SHOULD BE LEAVING NOW.”

Steve: “Thor. That's not a whisper.” Thor, genuinely confused: “I lowered my voice.” He also gets offended when everyone else can hear him coming from three rooms away because he insists he is being “quite stealthy.”

"Hold still a minute will ya? That broken nose ain't gonna set itself," Frank gruffed, grabbing a bottle of whiskey from the clutter on his desk.

"Here, take couple swigs of this."

Peter hissed as the other touched his nose fighting the instinct to bite , “ugh fuck…” he grabbed the bottle and knocked a few large gulps back at least the burn took away the sting from his broken nose .

“Thank you,” he answered, stunned by her response. He’d just finished singing something he’d heard on the radio, hands working idly on a protection charm while his own voice kept him focused. It was a regular occurrence for him by now, a sort of coping mechanism, though he’d never expected to have an audience. “I’m glad you enjoyed my impromptu performance, dear Wanda,” he added with a smile. “I know it probably isn’t on par with other musicians of this day and age, but it means a lot to hear your praise.”

The one issue with the doors is they were so damn quiet. Of course, being distracted didn’t help either. It was a good few solid moments before the blond felt... hot. Not that he wasn’t already, but something was different; a scent in the air, the hairs of his neck standing... But that made no sense, at least until his eyes finally opened a touch, and noticed he wasn’t alone-

“H-Harry?!” His already flushed face spread to his ears as he jumped, legs quickly moving to himself as he tried to hide, but was also too frozen in shock to actually properly get his pants on. “What are you- How did you-?!”
