Charlie: Will you please pick up your phone?
Charlie: I will keep calling and texting you into I develop Arthritis.
Charlie: I'm scared.
Charlie: But not enough to call the police do you feel me?

Silence was cast over the library save for the ticking of the clock on the wall too far from Charlie to read the exact time. Peter too noted the clock as he saw Charlie glance up a few times from his peripheral vision. “It’s four twenty-six.” He told her, ridding her of her curiosity—-but not of her boredom. The two had been in the library for what’d seemed like years. Really, it was only an hour and a half since school had ended. Charlie groaned, head falling to her arms on the table. Peter couldn’t help but chuckle at the brunette’s restlessness. Their science project was gruelling despite the simplicity of their theories. It was mostly the information, citing, and creation of the visual end product that was tedious. It wasn’t until the librarian stood from her chair, announcing she’d be back after fetching another cup of tea from the teacher’s lounge. It was not only the most exciting part of their time in the library, but Charlie’s cue to speak once the woman had left the room.
“Let’s split up and look for some books on the subject, okay? I need to stretch my legs and my butt is completely numb.” Charlie said finally, standing from the wooden chair and heading toward the shelves. Peter nodded, following after her but soon diverging into the opposite side of the shelf where he too began searching. Charlie was not doing as she suggested. Instead she was watching Peter through the open spaces between and over the books, smiling as he was halfway down the isle and had yet to notice her large eyes on him. It was almost like a scene from a horror movie. Though, Charlie’s intentions were not malicious. She was only playing around with him. To catch his attention, Charlie tipped a book through, peering at him. He quirked a brow at her which caused her to laugh lightly.
Peter placed the book he had in hand back on the shelf. It wouldn’t hurt to take a break from reality and humor Charlie. They did have another week to finish up the project after all. Peter moved swiftly down the rest of the isle, popping up and down to catch her vision until the two met at the end of the shelf. For a moment, the pair gazed at each other, obviously tired from their long days. Peter leaned his head on the shelf. Charlie mimicked him soon after, not breaking the soft gaze. He didn’t know if it was the library setting where they were left to be good students or the complete silence, highlighting the tension between them, but he had the urge to lean in and kiss her. And so, he indulged in that urge to which Charlie reciprocated.
She was taken aback at first but soon moved her lips in synchronization with his own, hands delving into his soft, mussed hair. Charlie wondered what it’d look like after they were through. That curiosity could be held back as she really didn’t want it to end anytime soon. His lips were soft and he tasted of Juicy Fruit bubblegum—-the gum she’d given him during class last period. She couldn’t help but grin into their kiss which had fueled Peter to allow his hands to roam, reaching her waist, then her hips. Charlie arched toward him, causing Peter to pin her to the shelf with his pelvis. With a free hand he lifted from her waist, her gathered her wrists, bounding them together with one large hand and pinning them above her head. Truthfully, he didn’t know what came over him, this new found dominance. Perhaps he’d just needed a release from all of this work. Peter’s release was cut short as footsteps found their way to his ears. He pulled back suddenly, leaving Charlie breathless and dependent on the shelf to keep her standing.
“I think we should add somewhere that activities like kissing cause Carbon Dioxide build ups in your system.” Charlie breathed before grabbing up a random book and putting on her poker face as she headed back to their table.

Charlie: Sorry I didn't mean to send that to you...well, to anyone or at all, really. I'm at a party and I'm trying to look less pathetic by using my phone and tricking people into thinking that I've got a life outside of this and that I don't NEED this party.

Jim took one look at the person in front of his door. “No.” He said in a flat tone, and shut the door again.
Charlie opened her mouth to speak only to be cut off by the curt no and shut of the door. She raised her fists to bang on the door again. "I consider this as abuse of an employee! Possibly even bad working conditions!" She said, mouth almost pressed to the door so she wouldn't have to scream.

(Starter) Melly took a bit of the hotdog and stood to the side watching as a guy tried to win his bored date a toy bear. The circus came to Sleepy hollow rarely and Abbie had booted Melly from the archives to have some fun. "it's too quiet." She says.
Once again, for the third time in the last month, Elsa had up and moved her show and festivities to yet another location in hopes of gaining a crowd. Each place they traveled to seemed to have the same turn out as the last. While Charlie wished for a crowd, she didn't mind the consolation prize of the beautiful places she got to visit. Just before the next showing of the f r e a k s, Charlie was going off to find a few bottles of water for herself and the other contortionists. But instead of water, she'd found skeptical customer. "The show is beginning in about ten minutes. We're most definitely not quiet then." She smiled.

Spencer honestly didn’t know how the argument began. One second he was suggesting to Charlie that they cuddle and watch a movie, and the next she was screaming at him. The argument turned ugly as they struck each other’s nerves—Spencer with Charlie’s age, Charlie with Spencer’s recent relapse.Spencer began to retort, but Charlie was moving quickly toward him. He thought that she was about to either push or hit him, but was surprised when Charlie’s lips met his. He pushed her back gently, brows furrowing in anger as he looke down at her."No," he hissed. "/No/. You don’t get to do that."
It was sudden and unforeseeable; their fight. Perhaps it began earlier that day when a string of misfortunes slowly knocked Charlie lower and lower. One suggestion made by Spencer led to insults and low blows being shouted between the two through the apartment. The small brunette was angry---f u m i n g. But as angry as she was, she was beside herself and confused and maybe even a little regretful. Maybe the birth control she'd been on was messing with her hormones. She couldn't blame anyone but herself even if she hated to admit it. Charlie wouldn't admit it. Not now, at least. And so, in attempt to stop the fight, Charlie moved forward quickly, taking Spencer's face between her hand and pressing her lips roughly to his.
He did not want to end the fight, apparently. He'd pushed her away, denied her kiss. She felt scorned and rejected. A mindless pout formed on her full lips, the lips that only craved his and not in a way that would bring her pain and anger. Her hands shook at her sides, not knowing whether she wanted to cry or scream again. Green, darkened eyes glared up into Spencer's. "Why? You never shut up! I don't think you know how!" She hissed.
