300 crunches! my abs were on fire, i did normal crunches, reverse crunches, oblique twists and v-crunches all in one go. i didn't want to move off the floor after that.
i want this new lipstick i saw online only thing is it's ridiculously priced and they don't ship to where i'm at. otherwise i've been really great. it's time to start christmas shopping.

#day 1
i'm not really active these days and going from that to a full out workout is quite a jump. so instead i'm easing myself into my old workouts. they were good. in addition to that, I walk every day for about 30 minutes. not a bad way to make sure i'm always doing something.
today I did a few starter things and it showed me how unfit I am.
stretching, crunches, sit-ups, leg lifts, v-crunches, exercises with dumbbells and of course I did my walking.
it's only defeat if I don't get back up again, and I plan to literally jump back up.
thank you for all the encouragement from my personal revelation.

today was a bit of a stressful day. things keep going wrong and then they got worse but i managed to squeeze in a work out.
crunches, v-crunches, squats, stretching and a bit of walking. i'm trying to remember what constancy felt like because i've got a muffin top now /:
got any tips? i'd really appreciate them.

today i did a few lying side lifts, stretching and v-crunches. it wasn't a lot but i'll get better. i got there before, i can get back there.

as you can probably tell from my binge posting i've not been on tumblr lately, and thats been due to an number of reasons including not having access to a laptop for a few days. sorry for flooding dashboards.
stretching, squats, lying side lifts, v-crunches, crunches and walking for 40 minutes.
theres a park not close by that i might start running in every second day. lets see how well that goes.

squats, stretching, crunches, v-crunches, sit-ups. i've realized how much i've not toned around hips/stomach area.
#30 day squats challenge day 30: 180 squats! i've made it to the end of the month! i can't believe i've done it! with my back and my laziness, this is insane!
i'm proud of myself for doing this challenge. i may not have an amazing butt just yet. but i'll get there.
