hello! you are magnificent and a gif making magician! do you have any advice or tutorial recommendations for coloring gifs that are backlit? like a person in the foreground with a ton of bright light behind them?

hi! my advice is... just try to color it, cry a little if nothing helps, then continue trying?? that's what i usually do lol. i HATE backlit scenes (i guess like every other gif maker) cos the footage already is already grainy = has lower quality than any normal scene in general (it's just how camera works, it can't record picture in full quality if there's not enough lighting in the front). there is nothing you can do about it, so do your best and move on!

upd: if you have any specific scenes in mind, feel free to send me your screencaps so i'll try to make a psd for you

Ha! Readers are still getting to know him but I'd love to see Christopher with someone like Emily from @armoricaroyalty's story-- she would run circles around him for sure.
