Why do you always fail to achieve your fitness goal? 1️⃣ Don't have a good plan🧮 2️⃣ Don't have the right mindset🧢 <✅Tips for people who self-train themselves> 1️⃣ Be your own coach. Research and understand your nature of your fitness goal? Is it strength, power, or flexibility/mobility or skillset based? Know what's the concept of the training. Example the work rest ratio, the intensity of the workout or the progression exercises needed to accomplish that skillsets. Draft a plan, do it and constantly reflect on what can be done better. From time to time, you can always ask someone who is better than you to give you down feedback too. 2️⃣ Talk to yourself more and listen to others perspective. Understand why do you want achieve this goal so much? How much time you would need sacrifice to accomplish it? Will it be worth it if you accomplish it? And ask the same questions to others who is better than you and compare. Tag a friend on this post if you feel they need this reminder. Because it's never too easy to accomplish their goal. But it's definitely worth it to do what it takes to accomplish it.
