Hooded eyes blinked slowly into a more wakeful state and Loki gave an easy smile. He masked his underlying fears that Tony would leave or claim that things had been a mistake, following his habit of survival, the quiet distrust that things would go his way in any given situation and so he would lie to himself that any outcome was his way. He wanted to trust Tony, however. He liked how all of this felt and Loki did not want to let it go.
"It's fine. Everything all right?"

Loki had meant to wait until Tony had sat down or at least delivered the hot drinks but the words had simply slipped out before he could stop them. He was grateful Tony was being his usual playful self about it and not making a quick exit. The man had earned a silent tut and an eye-roll concerning how interesting he was.
"A short blink compared to rocketing through the sky in a layer of thin metal?" he teased. "You shave enough off mine being up there without me to catch you."
