Advice to new VAs; don't make audios on your phone. Just don't. Get an actual computer. I have heard some newcomers say they were struggling to edit audios, only to find out they were editing them on CAPCUT. I almost threw up.
If you currently only use your phone as an all-purpose device, please just get a computer. PCs are more affordable than ever. You don't need a super beast mode gaming PC or an overpriced iMac to sound edit. I made Against the World and The Neon Barbarian on a cheap laptop using free audio software, free sound effects, and free video editing software.
Remember, phone UIs are optimized for consumption, not production or work. They're frustrating and underpowered and shit for anything that involves more than one function or requires you to have a higher degree of control and organization than the doomscrolling rectangle has to offer. You'll be able to do more complex, more precise, and better quality sound editing and do it all faster. Don't make audios on a mobile app, or I will appear under your bed and bite your toes off.
