For Vaalie's tattoo, I think the Dovahzul word for Mage, "Kro" in dragon letters on their wrist. Not overly large tho. - kaazdunrah

While working on my ‘verses page, I realized something: Dragon Age!Vaalie would follow the fuck out of Solas.

So, I’m starting to fall in love with the idea of an AU where Vaalie’s family never tortured her and she joins up with the Thalmor and eventually becomes the nerdiest Justiciar ever.  Like, she does her job and whatnot, but she really doesn’t care because she’d rather be reading.  And of course, she’d be going by Kalarin, her birth name, because she never would’ve had to assume an alias.  Would anyone want to play with her?

Headcanon Time!

I'm pretty sure I've mentioned that although Vaalie goes by that name now, it's not the one she was born with (in fact, it's the name of a dead childhood friend, but that's another story). That's why, unlike Marina and Anerin, the name Vaalie cannot be transcribed into a Shout. Her birth name--Kalarin--can be written as "Kaal Aar In" which translates to "Champion Servant Master"- a hint towards her eventual fate as Hermaeus Mora's champion post-Dragonborn.
