Deities Who Guide Me

Tara is the radiant goddess of compassion, swift action, and spiritual liberation. Known as the Mother of All Buddhas, she embodies the feminine aspect of enlightenment and is venerated across Tibet, Nepal, Mongolia, and beyond.

According to legend, Tara emerged from a tear shed by Avalokiteśvara, the Bodhisattva of Compassion, symbolizing her deep connection to mercy and empathy. She vowed to always be reborn as a woman to aid sentient beings, defying the notion that enlightenment must come through male form.

Tara manifests in many forms, each representing different qualities:

Green Tara: protector from fear and obstacles, embodying active compassion.

White Tara: associated with healing, longevity, and serenity.

Other forms include Red, Yellow, and Black Tara, each with unique powers and symbolism.

Her mantra: Om Tāre Tuttāre Ture Svāhā is chanted to invoke her blessings and swift aid in times of distress. Tara is not just a deity to be worshipped; she is a guide, a protector, and a symbol of the enlightened feminine.

She is an Anuttarayoga Tantra meditational deity (iṣṭadevatā) and her practice includes methods for preventing ordinary death, intermediate state (bardo) and rebirth (samsara) by transforming them into paths to enlightenment, and for transforming all mundane daily experiences into higher spiritual paths.”

Wisdom dakinis, sky dancers, are the feminine embodiment of bliss and freedom that are at the essence of enlightenment. They can arise in any form, terrifying or stunningly beautiful, to aid tantric practitioners in cutting through their ego.

Dakinis will reveal that which you yourself are blind to and that which gets in the way of your path to truth.

All women are dakinis one way or another.

I rest within the one taste of the sphere of absolute being, the great female principle ♾️
