I'm not very good at finding bands I like that I can see live. Some examples:

Band 1: Been a fan for at least 10 years. The lead singer died 15 years before I was born.

Band 2: been a fan for at least four years. They announced some new music almost two years ago. Heard nothing music wise from them since then. We're still waiting. Unclear if there ever will be any concerts. There are some fans everywhere but we're all introverts and not recognisable as fans.

Band 3: Been a fan for almost a year. Has one concert each year. The concert this year is on a Thursday. I have to travel 6-8 hours to get there. Might have exams during that time. Unclear yet. They dropped some music last year that were old songs that they never released. They might release more old songs. They probably won't release any new songs since their songwriter thinks he may never really have the inspiration to write more songs. They have a very small fan base. If you're lucky some people in their city will know them. Anywhere else it's impossible to find fans.

Band 4: Been a fan for a month. Their last concert was two years ago (I think. Maybe three). Only ever played as support acts really. They have 200 monthly listeners on Spotify. Most of their concerts were either in the UK or once again 6-8 hours away. No idea if they will produce more music or even play another concert ever again.

But at least I'm receiving some vinyls of band 4 tomorrow.

Love all the bands a lot though. Just kinda funny that it's so difficult to see any of the music I enjoy live.

What?! Unique? Who could have guessed that i was the only one listening to a song from a unknown German band, that last did stuff at least two years ago, and a ABBA song? And all that in a week?

Time is running and so I almost forgot to tell you about Val Sinestra playing in Berlin on Saturday. Actually I get reminded every once in a while when I enter other concerts. Just like that. And I keep thinking ‘man, they were a whole lot of fun the last time I saw them - why it’s been so long since the last time??!!’ I don’t know! However, I don’t want you to be such a stupid idiot like me and inform you that Val Sinestra will be playing live. In Hamburg and Berlin. This weekend. If you like Punk and Rock stuff that goes into this direction and some angry and cheeky German lyrics, the concert will be your place to be. Trust me on this one. I mean, just listen to the newest song [fin.]. Pure energy mixed with a bit of anger. So, yeah, there are the dates:

Gestern Nacht war so übelst traumhaft fein, wir waren auf einem Konzert mit vier Bands, aber Val Sinestra (ha der Chrü von Egotronic war auch bei denen Gitarrist, haben wir gleich angequatscht) und Schmutzstaffel waren herausragend (selbstverständlich!!). Gemosht, getrunken, gedanct, ins Mikro gebrüllt dies das. Dann haben uns die coolen Boys von SA gleich ihr Merch geschenkt (!) und der Drummer hat noch mit uns gekifft (!!). Alter Schwede, war des ne schöne Nacht.

    I came across this website not too long ago and I had so much fun with it. I'm not sure when it actually first came out, but it was awesome!

     It's basically a movie trailer that you make yourself. There are nine spots for nine different characters of your choosing. You can have the site choose nine random people directly from your facebook friends, or you can do it the D.I.Y. way and upload your own photos from your computer and enter in the names yourself.

     Note: If you do not fill all of the nine slots, the trailer will not be "complete", so if you want the full effect of this website you should pick nine different people.

     After choosing your cast, you have the option of controlling just how scary you want your trailer to be. After you have chosen, the trailer will load and you get to sit back and watch your awesome creation!
