Callum had been avoiding any sort of contact when it came to Val. He even took a different route to avoid her sister; which he realized, after the fact, was a little drastic. But after the outburst he had on Claire, and the realization that she had all but used him on New Year’s, and the very confusing array of emotions he was feeling, Cal had decided it was better to stay away and keep his distance. 

Today, obviously, wasn’t his day. 

He walked down the hallway, head tilted down as his focus was on an assignment that he was struggling a little on, when he sensed a closing in on him. Just at the last second, he pulled back, head shooting up to look at who he had almost collided with. “Sor-” he began, and stopped when he realized who it was. Of course it was Val. He swallowed and forced a smile. “Sorry. Wasn’t paying attention.” // @valeriasfm​

“Hey, sorry, I didn’t know that this seat was taken,” Callum said, his words rushing out as he stood up, trying to scoop up the books he had just set down and turning at the same time. As he did, one of the many notebooks he kept fell out of his hands and onto the floor. He looked down at the book and back up to the person he had stolen their spot from. “Oh... uh, hi,” he said, this time awkwardly, a forced smile on his face.

"Relax." Valentino said when they had paused, unsure of what to do obviously.

As though to emphasize this, he took a deep inhale from his lit cigarette and then exhaled a cloud of red smoke. Smoke which wafted around them longer than it probably should have, lingering through the air in a haze. It was filled with poison, of course. His poison. Which was something of an aphrodisiac to anyone who was weak to its effects. Inhaling it wasn't as strong as it would be straight from the source, which of course, was from the thick red saliva that filled his mouth. It worked well to get anyone vulnerable to it though, high and relaxed. It also made him more irresistible to them and for some could be incredibly addicting.

"You're wound up way too tight, baby. We're just here to have a little talk~" Valentino purred. he flashed a wide, crimson smile at the snake. "Make yourself comfortable amorcito. Did you want a drink or something?"

He didn't sound irritated at all by the way he looked. if anything Valentino's words were alluring and silky. Both attributes he took advantage of along side his confidence in both his sexuality and his sex appeal. He knew what he was doing. And he had no problems flaunting it.

"You want fucking copasetic? How about you do your fucking job right then? We wouldn't have so many problems if you just did what I told you to." He hissed at him, his eyes narrowing. Valentino moved closer to him. His movements were slow and his arms were stiff at his sides, hands curled into tight fists. It seemed to be taking everything in him not to strike the sinner at that very moment. Not yet drawn to that point. But it was getting close as his temper was starting to flare more and more. "We used to get along just fine. Until you started fucking around with that shitty ass hotel! What are they putting ideas in your head?"
