Without having much of a part in the espionage scheme they were running, the least Hunter could do was show up in the library when they agreed. So when the date finally arrived, Hunter found himself sitting in the empty room. He wasn't sure how long he'd been waiting for Valentin, but he began wondering if he'd gotten the time wrong or messed up the date somehow. Until he heard footsteps, then some relief washed over him. "I thought I had screwed this up," he greeted.

Val was just about to finish his bourbon when it just…disappeared. “Um….” he started to say, turning to see her drink refilled. “I had a drink here…” he said slowly, pointing at his empty   drink like an idiot. “I was done with it…” he stared at it for a moment, shaking his finger before it came to him. “Did an evil bourbon leprechaun came by here and finished off my drink?” 

With her mouth full of the liquid, Rasa stared up at the man, temped to simply take the glass and spit the content back to its vessel, but, unfortunately, she was a princess, and the action would probably mortify her parents more than they would already be mortified with her snatching the contents of someone else’s glass. So, she swallowed. “Evil is such a relative parameter,” she mused on the matter. “I’m assuming you won’t wish me to return it, will you?”
