New patch day! Blood Incantation, Death, Ozzy Osbourne, Inferi, and Vale Of Pnath. All from PTPP.
Albums of the Week! Dissection’s The Somberlain takes the top spot, followed closely by a Misfits bootleg full of never-before-heard studio outtakes. I got a hankering for some good tech death (Beyond Creation, Vale Of Pnath, Decapitated), celebrated Ozzy’s Grammy win, and rediscovered an old Sepultura album. Reaffirmed my belief that Khemmis is pretty much a perfect band. Solid week. ☠️ 1. Dissection - The Somberlain 2. The Misfits - Studio Outtakes 1978-1979 3. Beyond Creation - Algorythm 4. Khemmis - Deceiver 5. Vale of Pnath - II 6. Decapitated - The Negation 7. Ozzy Osbourne - Patient Number 9 8. Sepultura - Arise 9. Type O Negative - World Coming Down ☠️ What did you listen to this week?
#TechDeath Sunday blazes on with Decapitated - The Negation, and Vale of Pnath - II. The average civilian out there is exposed to less double-bass in a lifetime than the amount provided in these two records.
Vale of Pnath’s Accursed is phenomenal. I was so excited to see that they made a sick woven patch in its honor. Even better, it came free when I ordered this logo beanie. You gotta jump on those November flash sales!
Vale of Pnath just released these cool new patches. It has really fine detail, such as the blood spatter on the logo. Well done! 🪡🧵🪡
Vale of Pnath is a blackened tech death band from Colorado. Their song, Spectre of Bone (from Accursed), was my most played track in 2019. When I saw them play it live at Devastation on the Nation in Houston I nearly exploded with delight.
Vale of Pnath destroyed Houston tonight! You’ve heard me gush about this band before, especially their 2019 release, “Accursed” (a Top10 for me). They did not disappoint. When these guys go blackened, they’re the best in the game. Wow! As a bonus, I got to see Wolf King again, and they were excellent. Here’s my show loot, and a few merch table pics for you fiends.
