6. does your character have recurring themes in their dreams?
they’ll usually be very fantastical and unrealistic, somewhat akin to having an adventure in another world. otherwise, they’ll be very... odd scenarios put together with various people he knows, but still reflect real life in some way. tomoya and eichi are probably the ones that show up the most in such dreams.
7. does your character have recurring themes in their nightmares?
they’ll usually revolve around his fears of isolation and abandonment, but emphasized greatly. one such would be where he is surrounded by people, and he is trying to reach out for them, but he can’t speak or move, they are all laughing and talking between each other, not acknowledging his existence, and they are all leaving but he can’t do anything about it. something like that comes up rather often.
8. has your character ever fired a gun? if so, what was their first target?
not a real gun, no! however, given his affinity of playing the role of a villain in plays, he’s handled a gun at least once. guns usually don’t appear in his plays though, as he’d rather a play that uses swords instead of guns for weapons. plus, he’s the one deciding what the plays will entail, so he’s free to apply his preferences to selecting one. what he does with the gun is always according to script, so he’s likely to have aimed it at another character.
9. is your character’s current socioeconomic status different than it was when they were growing up?
if we’re speaking of the time he was an orphan compared to now, then it’s definitely much better, since he hardly had anything at that time. however, since being adopted, it’s been relatively the same economically. as for the social aspect, it’s risen upon becoming an idol and actor, which came with fame he had no access to as a child.
10. does your character feel more comfortable with more clothing, or with less clothing?
more clothing, definitely. although he’s not against wearing less, if given the choice, he’d always rather prefer to wear more. it goes along with his preference for extravagance: his costumes are more eye catching due to detail rather than being bold.
