The half breed was walking along, her eyes glued to a clip board in her hand, as she unknowingly walked through a suddenly appearing portal. “Let’s see... so far were having good reviews of new comers, only minimal complaints from the others, thats good an-” She pauses realizing she is no longer where she started.

“... this is not New Mobotropolis... H-hey, excuse me?” She said seeing what looked like a normal cat, but with boots? “Can you maybe tell me where i am? Please?”

“Arrested? For a little fun like this? Naw, I’ve risked arrest for far worse than jus’ this.” Lawson’s tail flicked a bit as the centaur watched the feline before him. How they’d even gotten into this, he wasn’t even sure anymore, but.. Well, he didn’t entirely care. As if these lawmen could’ve even caught up to him anyway. He wasn’t the fastest stallion around these parts for nothing, after all.

“So. Ya mind sharin’ the rest of the plan from here on out? Or we jus’ makin’ the rest up as we go?”

“Oh.. You talk?” Alice asked, curiously. “I’m Alice.” She introduced, getting down to his level. “I like cats, I’m sorry if I made you uncomfortable.” She said. “It’s just rare to see an orange cat around here.” She explained.

      Oh! It can speak! Oh man--does she just go away now then? Goodness how she hates attracting attention..But..The fact he’s a pretty adorable cat also holds her from just running off and leaving some object behind. She fiddles with her phone, looking between it and the cat before she’d have the courage to speak,

      “..I just..I was only going to take pictures..if..that’s alright..y-you’re very cute so..”

      She looked as though she’d just bolt it at any moment now. Fidgeting in place, barely keeping eye contact, but she is a trooper for sticking around this long..

Tutu knelt down by the bed and put a soft wing on his paw. 

“We’ll take the sutures out next week, and if you really want to, you can leave... But it would perhaps be better if you stayed until the wound is fully healed. I do understand your impatience-” perhaps better than she let on, due to her empathic abilities- “but I am doing the best I can, and I just don’t want you to get hurt again, Sir Puss...”
