It’s the discount Selvaria.
I think it would be really interesting if Sega made an action game set in the Valkyria universe where you controlled a small tank operated by only a few people, similar to these concept images for Gallian Panzers (the name for Valkyria Chronicles during per-production).

You say you wanted a revolution. But I doubt this is what you had in mind. Developed by Media Vision, this game was intended to be a spin-off from the Valkyria Chronicles series. And there's sadly a reason why I did not finish this game...
