Valoree the Lion of Courage, and Duux the Moth of Hope!
Updated art for Valoree, and a redesign for Duux! I did love Duux’s old design, but with her now being the kwami of Hope I wanted her colors to be warmer.

During the time when kwamis could choose their holder themselves, what do you think the Kwamis would look for personality wise and skill wise?
It would depend on the personality and concept of the kwami, but in general a kwami would look for someone with loyalty, the strong will to do good, and the ability to keep a secret-- and usually with other traits like bravery, fighting skills, and such to back it up. However courage and fighting skills could always be built up if the holder didn't already have such, so it wasn't a necessity to have for a kwami to choose you.
In this era kwamis often would choose someone they befriended, or family member of a previous holder. Kwamis were often known to stay within one area or family line for several generations, even if there wasn't a direct threat that resulted in needing a Miraculous there.
---
Now most kwamis would usually choose someone with a personality that they'd get along with, and someone who matched their concept well (like Tikki would nearly always pick someone who was creative). But this isn't always true. For example Plagg will usually choose someone who understands Destruction compared to someone who is destructive.
Then you got kwamis who tend to try to find holders that oppose their concept, like the Lion kwami. Someone with the power of Courage can become very reckless, so combining that with someone who already shows little fear isn't the best combo. So a more timid holder might be the better route with Valoree. And while Trixx always enjoys a good trickster, he wouldn't want someone like Lila who embraces Deception to a dangerous level.
Then there's Sotaa, who will literally just look for a holder he won't get along with and who will pick a fight just for the fun of it.
Valoree's bio is now up!
Valoree, the Lion kwami of Courage. She likes to take on holders that feel they lack bravery, and build them up into mighty warriors. Valoree is part of the Zodiac Box, and represents Leo.
How would Vitaa feel about Earth Day? Do any of the Kwamis like ice cream?
I think Vitaa would actually be a sad that an Earth Day is needed, and how much damage has been inflicted on the planet she loves. But she would be happy to see the action taken to protect the environment.
Valoree my Lion kwami loves vanilla ice cream. :)
Alixero's ever growing list of DnD Characters/ OC's
The Naïlo family
Composed of:
Kalista aka Karitas (variation of Karitos or 'Love for All'), Tielfing Pugilist/Warlock with a knack for tinkering.
Xemora, Human Death Cleric/Shadow Sorceress with ties to the embodiment of Death itself.
Lavenza Valora 'Valoree' (because "Lavena is to hard for people to pronounce mom"), 12 year old mixed race daughter of Kalista and Xemora, self-styled Monk of the Long Death to be like her parents, has an clockwork heart
Kurr, the Half-Drow 'Druid of Alestaire', owns a brothel in the name of a God of Sex to protect and ensure safety and freedom of those partaking in it. Able to determine ones fetishes kinks at a glance, and switches between Male and Female genders freely via Alestaire's blessing.
If of The Things, Goblin Swashbuckler and Merchant, a kind and fair businessman that sometimes slips up and let's his goblin nature push him into stealing goods that he just couldn't persuade someone to sell him.
Keeton, the Tabaxi Gloom Stalker, just a fun character based on my Cat of the same name, hence why he is content to get riled up easily and maybe a little to violent when others are simply playing around.
Sorath Ourania, the Tielfing-Turned-Goliath Eldritch Knight, having been transformed into a goliath as a child for an unknown reason she lost out on a lot of her childhood and instead poured herself into books and studies trying to turn herself back. She gives off a rather 'Distressed Librarian' look and vibe but when comfortable she can actually be really silly and animated.
