“ faye, it’s dangerous for you to be so near the front line of the battles we face. i know you can fight and defend yourself. . .but you are one of our healers. they will target you first, knowing that without you, the deliverance would be crippled. you should be more careful. ”

No but he adopted Faye, but married Silque, it’s not the same kind of love daughter!!
@valoursaint replied to your post “Whose team are you cheering for?”
Faye just has teary eyes, hands clasped together. Why couldn’t Alm see her the way Berkut saw Rinea? “Ah, you’re so romantic Berkut! I never knew you were such a devoted heart! I shall try my best not to harm your beloved…though, I would advise her to avoid me on the field…” She was, competitive, as he well knew. Or she could just focus on besting Rinea and avoid her face, sounds good.
❛ I suppose it’s hard to tell...with how things tend to play out, hm...? ❜ though, of course, he was not the only one so very devoted to another. there was faye’s own devotion that had always intrigued him. he wasn’t sure if he could persevere as she had if rinea had not returned his affections.
❛ who are you cheering for then...? my dear cousin? ❜

it’s one of their specific verses for faye/berkut hell. x3 and O M G he’d miss her. faye go back, hug him and just give the nobles a glare or threaten them in the shadows?? :3
ahhhh that makes more sense now <3 okay, yes, definitely. I can’t believe I’m shipping this. where did we all go wrong >.< or right, rather.
because like you’d think that this is the worst possible pairing to exist ?? because berkut, at the beginning, probably hates alm just as much as faye loves him. and yet somehow they form an understanding and fall in love and I just mmmMMMMM this hateship & possible healthy relationship is killing me.
Sneaks up behind the man and places a kiss upon his cheek. "You should let me check your injuries more you know, or I might need to bug you more."
“ I got a pretty girl caring for me? What am I supposed to do? “
He jests however && one could tell by that grin onhis lips as he swivels ‘round to face the cleric. Presenting his bandages, Python rolls his neck beforeemitting a rather content sigh. He didn’t understand whybut getting cared for was nice, at times. Having to fight knowing that people like Faye was worried about him wasHEAVY on his conscious, but if it were small like checking upon bandages then he didn’t mind at all.
“ I’m all yours~ “
❛ Why are we doing this again? ❜
Meme II Accepting!
A twist of fate had led Alm to joining the Deliverance in something of a temporary truce. His goals and theirs had aligned perfectly, signifying that they would undergo a cooperation of sorts to attain what they both had wanted.
Back at home, however, his father spoke highly of an old friend of his: Sir Mycen. Rumors abound had led to Alm surmising Mycen’s latest disciple. He hadn’t expected to encounter a cleric in the place of a knight, but the correspondence between his father and Mycen had divulged her name. There was no doubt that it was of her he spoke of.
He decided that it was prompt to take advantage of their time as allies to speak with her. While many anticipated the derision of nobles, Alm mustered a friendly smile. One that was genuine. He rarely associated with people his own age in the army. Faye was a first in a long time. Surely, she’d understand these sentiments.
Her snappy retort instantly diffused the possibility of their encounter going smoothly.
“ Well . . . you’re not under any obligation to talk to me, no. ”
“ But I’ve heard a bit about you. I thought it couldn’t hurt to chat. So, uh, that’s why! “
