Vamp!Alex
He's youngish for a vampire he's about 300 years old
He wasn't born a vampire and doesn't remember a lot of his human life.
He just remembers being sick a lot and his parents fighting.
He got bitten after his mother died and that's why he survived.
He doesn't remember being turned he just remembers going to sleep like RIGHT after his mother passed.
He was 12 and just gave up didn't want to live anymore.
But then he woke up in the arms of his mother’s corpse.
He still has nightmares about that.
He doesn't like to talk about his mother.
But he will do thinks that she did for him.
Like cooking, he’ll cook the same dishes she cooked him in the Caribbean for you.
He was taken in by another vampire who was pretty horrible.
He taught him how to hunt and made him pretty ruthless.
Taught him how to seduce his victims before draining and killing them.
When Alex realised how wrong it was he tried to reason with the man.
It didn't work out well.
He has big claw marks down his back that still haven't faded.
After that he moved from town to town.
That didn't always go well either. People were scared of him and tried to burn him with a lot of silver.
He's been through a lot but it got better when he moved to America and started a new life.
He worked under Washington and had a source who happened to be John Laurens.
All this has made him fairly timid.
He will always ask permission to touch you even if it's just a hug or holding your hand in public he'll murmur a quiet ‘is this okay’.
He loves you and wants you to feel comfortable at all times so he makes sure you don't mind being touched.
He's very sweet to you and tries not to feed from you too much.
He only feeds from your neck because the skin is softer and easier to break.
Also it's a more romantic place to bite.
He will never bite you after/during sex because he wants to keep them separate and it's proving control to himself.
Your heart rate is up and it makes your blood smell stronger so he says if he can control his urges then he can control them almost all the time.
It's hard if you cut yourself. He has to move into another room.
But if your on your period it's no biggy like it's not all blood so it doesn't smell good or anything.
He loves spooning and will happily be either spoon.
Also he loves it when you lay your head on his chest.
He has a lot of nightmares a few times a week so if he wakes you just hold him or let him hold you.
He's a sweetheart but he's broken so be good to him.
