An Odd Friendship
Saria didn’t know how long she had been running, she didn’t even know if the humans that had been that attacked her it were still following her, but what she did know, was that she was bleeding, badly. She had gotten hit because of a foolish mistake. She knew she shouldn’t have let her guard down! For what seemed like forever she continued to run, hearing only the beating of her heart mixed with her booted feet crashing onto the ground with each step. Hopefully they were gone now, she needed to find a place to rest at least for a short time. She stopped, scanning the area around her. Only about a yard away was an old building, seeing no other option she started walking towards there. Once safely hidden away, she leaned against the wall and sliding down it. With a shaky breath she rolled her bloody shirt up, looking at the wound “Dammit” she muttered quietly. The wound had been worse then she had thought. With a soft sigh she ran a hand through her long red hair as she placed her shirt over the wound again. Now all she had to do was wait until she was sure it was safe, one hand pressing against the wound and the other now resting on her legs. It was going to be a long night.
