Guys I promise they don't bite don't worry 🤞🏻😊😄
No one is asking me about the faery I alluded to- so I'mma go ahead and tell y'all-
Tubbo is the faery who ends up going to the same school as Tommy and Ranboo later on, and it's because of him that they realize Tommy isn't human because he calls them dumb ideas for not having figured it out-
🦇
This is also one of my favourites

talk about the bats and beasts au please
:D
Although Dream has committed horrible crimes- the vampire council does hire him to apprehend certain criminals (mainly cerial killers) for them that they otherwise have found no one to capture themselves, and in return Dream is offered a pardon off of some crimes (never all the crimes he's done- but a few will be pardoned and taken off the record books so if he's ever caught he'll have a less severe punishment)
One such occasion was a cerial killer that had been going around and killing human families and leaving the youngest child behind to die- how or why the spared child always died without being murdered was unknown. And so Dream easily hunted down the vampire and apprehended them right after they'd killed another family of humans, but the youngest had yet to die. The vampire was sent off to be punished for their crimes and Dream happened to find the child in the basement.... They were a five year old fledgeling. A newly turned vampire. That's why the kids always died- because most people turned before they're 20 years old die (I've already explained why they usually die in another post) and Dream knows if the council finds the kid they'll either kill him themselves or force him to train to become a council member....
So Dream kinda just- kidnaps the kid and takes them in as his apprentice, naming them Ranboo
I’m literally obsessed with the bats and beasts au and I love the idea of dream finding a child and giving up his filthy vampire crime ways and regretting it about five seconds afterwards but he can’t get rid of ranboo so no more crime
XD
Yeah- he felt absolutely horrible when he saw just how young Ranboo was turned (you're not supposed to turn anyone under 20 years old... Because if you turn someone younger they're more likely to die from the transformation, and if they don't die from that then they could die from starving, or if they're too young they can't control they're hunger and will attack their family which will get them killed), so he decided to make Ranboo his apprentice and give them as human of a life as he could so they'd at least be able to blend in with humans easily once they could go out on their own... But humans are soft, they worry about morals and death, and letting Ranboo live as a human caused him to be just like one (unlike the humans who choose to be changed)
Now though, Dream finds himself unable to do anything "evil" like he used to because of how good Ranboo is, it seems morals are contagious
details about your bats and beasts au. hand em over (just talk about whatever you want involving the au)
Tommy is weirdly able to identify anyone and anything. Nobody knows how or why. Like, there could be a swarm of bats that all look identical but he'll immediately know which ones are Ranboo and Dream, he could be walking through the woods and see two black wolves but he'll immediately know which one is Techno. He found a spider once in his room then later there were ten spiders in the kitchen and he only picked up one to save because he immediately knew that one specific one was Shroud.
Wilbur and Techno have gotten used to it over the years (they tried to teach him to be scared of other wolves by being in wolf form around him as a kid and pretending to be a bad wolf so he'd know not to trust all wolves- but he always knew it was them no matter what they did to try and disguise themselves as another wolf), but now Dream and Ranboo are left wondering how Tommy is so in tune with animals- like- his wolven brothers haven't noticed (because they're used to Tommy's weird animal stuff) but Tommy can actually feel what an animal is feel and understand what they mean (not like a translation- but like he'll know what they're trying to tell him if they're trying to tell him something)
No one really knows how or why Tommy can do this, but he can ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Sapnap is a demon that Dream summoned when he first started running from the vampire council (he stole a book from a library at Cornelius' house-) and made a deal with them to have them help him stay hidden. As time went on he started summoning Sapnap for more and more things until they eventually became friends and Sapnap just- "hey uh- hey I hear there's this thing humans have now called 'movies' could you like- summon me later to watch one?" And now Dream summons Sapnap every Thursday for movie night (unless he's busy) and to Ranboo he's known as uncle Sapnap (who was not amused when Dream put him on baby sitting duty-)
Bats and Beasts Au:
Has Tommy ever tried to get Dream and Ranboo to not drink human blood? I know they need it to survive, but I think it would be a fun conflict.
Also, are Wilbur and Techno the type of werewolves that can change whenever or do they only change on the full moon?
For the blood thing, Tommy grew up knowing that people eat people because when Wilbur and Techno first found him for those first couple of months they still ate humans and only quite after realizing if they're raising a "human" they probably shouldn't eat human- bit they never lied to Tommy or tried to hide it, plus of anyone got into their territory or threatened on of their "pack" (Wilbur Techno and Tommy is their pack-) they had every right to go kill them- so although Tommy would question why they need to he wouldn't try to stop them if he knew they needed it
Techno and Wilbur can change on command, but if there's a full moon they'll end up changing against their will- but only on a full moon. Otherwise they can be wolves whenever they want
