Downworlder Week - Day 6 - Favourite Downworlder Ships

Kaelie makes a lot of flower crowns and Elliott always wears them

Elliott’s room is a mess that’s just accumulated over the decades. Very few people dare to go in it. Kaelie is one of the ones brave enough to do it, and she’s also the only person capable of actually finding anything in his room

Kaelie has been known to spit in the food of anyone who has upset Elliott in some way if they come into Taki’s

Kaelie takes Elliott’s dogs for a walk during the day when Elliott can’t leave the Hotel

When Kaelie works night shifts at Taki’s, Elliott waits for her to finish and gives her a lift home (or to a party depending on what time it is) on his motorbike

Elliott is usually to hyperactive or distracted to sit and watch an entire movie, so when Kaelie wants a movie night she left Elliott play with her hair so he can watch the movie but he has something else to keep him busy. After a few years of this, Elliott has gotten really good at styling hair

Elliott Headcanons, Pt. 4

Downworlder Week - Day 3 - Vampire Day

Elliott is not his real name. His human life wasn’t a very good one, so he changed his name after becoming a vampire as way of creating a fresh start. This is why he never tells anyone his last name - he doesn’t have one

Forgets how own strength and ends up accidentally breaking glasses by holding them too hard and pulling doors off their hinges

He’s bad at remembering things he’s supposed to do, so he writes reminders to himself on his bedroom wall. The problem is that he’s been this for so many years now that he’s completely covered the wall in writing and graffiti and none of the reminders stand out anymore. He keeps doing it anyway because old habits

Because he only looks 19 and he lives in a country where the legal age is 21, he uses encanto a lot on mundanes to make them believe he’s older so he can buy alcohol. This is one of the only things he ever uses encanto for

It’s physically impossible for him to pass any dog and not stop to ask if he can pet the dog. Seeing dogs makes his day 1000x better

He has two labradors. He begged Raphael to let him have dogs in the Hotel and Raphael finally agreed, but they had to be well trained and there’s a two-dog limit. Elliott still tries to sneak in stray puppies when he finds them on the street, but Raphael always catches him pretty quickly and makes him take them to a shelter instead

Text conversations with Elliott are made up mostly of Elliott sending selfies

Despite having an inability to stop talking and often saying more than he should, he’s very good at keeping secrets if they’re important. People still always underestimate him

Elliott & Jacob

“Elliott, you’re my best friend. I spend most of my time with you because I want to be with you. I love being with you. I love you.”

Elliott had heard Jacob say those words to him plenty of times before, but he felt like he was hearing it for the first time now. How many times had Jacob said he loved him and Elliott had not realised how serious he was? Elliott took Jacob’s hand and then gently pressed their lips together. ‘I love you too.’
