I’m surprised there isn’t more vampire omo content considering blood has diuretic properties. Drinking blood makes vampire bats have to urinate a lot, it would also have the effect on humanoid vampires.

They drink so much that they can’t fly with all the liquid inside them, and to compensate for it their digestive systems are so incredibly efficient that they sometimes start urinating before they’ve even finished drinking, or at least immediately afterward.

Okay now copy/paste that onto your favorite pathetic vampire. Imagine everything they drink hitting their bladder almost immediately, with only a few minutes’ delay. Imagine they have to either limit the size of their meals so they don’t wet themself right in front of their prey, and stay absolutely desperate until they can go pee somewhere else, or they have to accept the reality that they’re going to make a puddle in their pants or on the street or the floor, wherever they may be, shivering with humiliation and relief every. Single. Time. They eat.

The most fun part of this is that once they drink, and fill up, that’s it: all the blood’s been used up and is ready to be expelled. Their need won’t get any worse, and since they’re functionally dead I don’t believe sterility/potential UTIs are nearly as much of an issue, so if you can figure out their bladder’s limits and not let them drink any more than they can hold in at once, you can keep a good little vampire desperate for a very long time. Maybe only let them pee right before they feed…

I saw a post about vampire omo and it got me thinking...

IRL, vampire bats are real animals, and they really do drink blood as their main food source. The thing is, blood isn't a great food, its mostly water. So, vampire bats drink a decent chunk of their body weight at a time, and pee near continuously as they do it, to get rid of all the extra liquid.

So, imagine the implications for a humaniod vampire:

You're an evil creature of the night, sure, but each of your latest victims provided you with ~3 gallons of liquid dinner, and now you're on your way back to your lair and all that water wants out badly.

Maybe vampire's weakness to running water was misinterpreted. Its not so much that they're magically harmed or repelled by water, but they'll break off the chase if you cross a babbling brook because the sound makes them grab their crotch trying to hold it, or run off somewhere secluded to relieve themselves right away.

Imagine early into L4szl0 and N4dj@'s relationship, La$ needing to pee but they're outside, he's never peed without a chamber pot before, he's used to being a proper upper class man who doesn't pee in outside [let alone in front of a lady] and he's way too invested in his conversion with her to make his adhd brain to stop talking to go pee. So he just holds it. N@dj@ points out that he needs to go because it's super obvious at this point and tells him to just pee on a tree. But he's a stubborn fucker who insists he can hold it. She just teases him playfully and keeps begging him to just go but he's stubborn. She doesn't understand why peeing in front of her is a big deal because she had seen plenty of men pee around her without any fucks, hell she'd peed in the men's chambers before and threatened to kill anyone who complained. But she admits its adorable to watch him squirm and try to secretly squeeze his dick. She knows his little vampire bladder had to be full. It gets her wet just seeing how bad this sexy british man has to pee. So just to prove a point and show her lover how brave she is, she hikes up her dress and pees right in front of him. Maybe she sprayed a little bit on his boot to flirt with him. He wants to go but he's still unlearning his human social norms and just can't bring himself to piss in front of a lady. So he ends up going in his pants after watching her go. She stares right at him and realizes he was holding more than she thought be was. The front of his trousers are completely soaked and it takes 3 minutes fir him to finish. At first she laughs at him but then he starts crying because he hadn't pissed himself since he had leprosy in his penis. She stops laughing and starts to comfort him. She tells him he looks sexy covered in piss and she's impressed by how much he was able to hold for only having a vampire bladder for one week. He manages to get home with her without anyone or his father seeing them. She washes him in a bath to comfort him once they're home.
