Summary:

It’s two weeks later that the first change happens. A disciple nicks themself on their sword while messing around and Shen Qingqiu has to make an embarrassing retreat. He finds himself on Qian Cao within minutes, hand over his mouth and nauseated by the way his attention had snapped to the cut, nearly salivating as the rich scent of iron wafted towards him. Mu Qingfang’s face is grim when he sees him, pupils dilated and nails digging into his cheek. Mu Qingfang offers him options, should the changes continue and evolve. Or Shen Qingqiu gets bit by a small group of Vampire Bats that turn people into vampires with their bite, and as a result, Jinlan City goes a little bit differently.

the doctor and his white lotus boxer ✨

finally watched mignon (which u should totally go watch, the art, story, and animation are all phenomenal!!), and every time mignon called for his doctor, it was a little too reminiscent of another puppy calling out for his shizun.

for those unaware, mignon is basically a boxer in an illegal fighting ring, and the fighting ring's doctor, oh young, patches him up after every fight. eventually, mignon discovers that oh young is a vampire that takes blood from the unconscious fighters in his clinic. mignon strives to win as many fights as he could in order to make sure oh young gets plenty of fighters to collect blood from.

just really reminds me of how lbh is and if ever sqq was a vampire, he'd totally do the same.
