Ezra Miller is the only actor I can envision as Louis de Pointe du Lac (so far...)

I will fight anyone that says he wouldn't be great in this role. (ง ͠° ͟ل͜ ͡°)ง The man can brood so well and he has the looks too and he's also super nerdy irl-- and like what is Louis if not a broody sexy nerd?

I think We Need to Talk About Kevin era Ezra would have made an excellent Armand also. (He plays a young sociopath in that role. Lol)

I took some liberties with a photo editing app to Vampify this image, though he kind of already looks like a vampire/alien being irl.

It makes me happy that a lot of other people on social media also think so too.

One of the things I really want to see in the VC Hulu series is Lestat's rockstar-era taking place, if not inspired by, the 80's music scene.

Like I really need the homage to 80'S darkwave/Gothic asthetic. I NEED IT.

Omg stop suggesting Ian Somerhalder for Lestat!

I don't understand people on social media that are insistent the actors that play Lestat be decades older than they are in the books. Age is not indicative of talent. Just look at Kirsten Dunst in the IWTV movie. Also, the age at which a vampire is turned is super indicative of their character traits. Lestat was 21 and maintains the egotism of someone so young. That's why he is repeatedly referred to as a "Brat" by various characters. A brat, by definition, is a *young* spoiled person. Armand was barely a man. It is why he is extremely impulsive and easily swayed by Marius and Santino. I don't want to see a 40 year old Lestat---it just wouldn't make sense to the narrative.

Casting older actors I feel would also take away the significance of characters like Marius and David who's ages are an embodiment to the roles they play as mentor/teacher/wise person. In the series it is said they possess a wisdom that many of the other vampires don't have because they lived a longer mortal life.
