“Alright, I’ll admit that maybe I was a bit of a brat at the start.” Darren nudged his mentor. “I don’t know how you were able to put up with my immature antics.”

“We have not met. Yet there is an air of something about you...” He frowned slightly, a hand reaching out, brushing through the air around the vampire, grasping at something unseen. His expression was placid, calm, unchanged as he tilted his head ever so slightly.
“I see.” The air of that creature was around him. This man’s personal timeline had been disrupted, but only subtly. That was how the bastard worked. He didn’t violate laws outright but altered outcomes.
How the Tsar loathed him. That agent of chaos. That spawn of cruelty--
Desmond Tiny.
“Forgive my abrupt appearance. I am no threat to you, less you ally yourself with that twisted creature Desmond Tiny.”

“So tell me how you got that scar on your cheek again?” It’s the most amusing story he’s heard in all his years. “I wonder if your old teacher would tell me some stories about you as an apprentice...”

Deciding it had been some time since he had picked on a certain vampire, the Kitsune made his way over to the van. He got into the vehicle easily and closed the door behind him after making sure all his tails were out of harm’s way. Looking over at the closed coffin, Grimsley snickered and shifted over to it before lying and stretching out next to it.

“Humans come up with the strangest ideas.” He wasn’t speaking to anyone in particular; With how late it was, the moon wouldn’t have been surprised to be completely alone. But, for the time being, he was perfectly content as he was, ‘balancing’ on a fence as he spoke. “They always make the darkness out to be something so terrifying and...eugh... Evil. It’s ridiculous.”

It had been awhile since she had been to this city. She wondered if Larten were here, recalling old memories. Her curiosity was soon sated when she caught the other vampire’s scent. Arra smiled to herself and found her way to him, jumping up to the roof and landing not far from him. “I thought I’d find you up here.”

Their show had left the young psychic with a massive headache. He was off alone and away from the camp. The blonde hadn’t told anyone he’d left the camp grounds but knew he didn’t have to. He was more than sure Hibernius already knew. When he heard someone coming he grumbled a bit. Morty wasn’t ready to go back. “I’m not going back until my head calms down, Fath-- Oh, Larten. I didn’t realize it was you.” His headache was certainly bad tonight.

Ingo was sitting with his brother and shaking his head. While they strung together new necklaces out of their lost teeth Emmet was teasing, as usual, the nearby vampire. “He’s gonna knock yer teeth out again if ya keep this up, Emmet.” He said as he slid a bead onto the string in his.
Emmet paused at his twin’s words then chuckled. “Nah.~” He had a sharp toothed grin on his face. “He usually only threatens that when I call him an old man.” The shark looked over at Larten, grin still in place. “Ain’t that right, old man?”
