Vampirica Lunaris – European Vampire
Paler skin due to colder climate. Hypersensitivity to UV rays. Enhanced strength and agility.* Enhanced hearing. Non-assisted flight. Transformation into singular form (bat typical). Severe garlic allergy common.** Predisposition to alternative abilities: medium low.
Social Societies
Modern Vampirica Lunaris tend towards more isolated personal lives, or small family units that may or may not be composed of other magical creatures. Living with humans is generally considered odd. Historically, families of vampires or covens were common. Some modern vampires continue to meet with covens on an irregular basis; similar to a family reunion.
Pure isolation is ill advised as this can lead to feral behavior.
Vampirica Solaris – African Vampire
Darker skin due to warmer climate. Aquatic paralysis. Aquatic barrier syndrome. Enhanced Endurance. Tremor sense. Transformation into multiple forms. Transformation into a non-solid. Swarm control. Strict sanguifors. Predisposition to alternative abilities: medium high.
Social Societies
Vampirica Solaris are social creatures who congregate in large families or group within modern neighborhoods for support. Typically very charming and outward compared to their introvert Lunaris cousins. Somewhat less cooperative with other magical species, particularly water species such as Mermaids and Nymphs; but possibly more respectful of magically gifted humans.
Sanguifors. Accelerated healing. Ability to climb sheer surfaces. Cannot be captured by mirrors. Type II Immortals. Require Invitation. Shunned by Gods.
Social Societies
In groups, elder vampires tend to hold more sway in group decision making due to experience. Arguments in the modern day can be made for younger vampires who have not spent a few centuries sleeping.
*When well practiced

Similarly, many vampires are uncomfortable on hallowed ground

Natural birth is impossible without the assistance of outside magic and human surrogates
