a couple of steps had been taken back from the blonde, her first instinct to curl her hands into fists though she knew she wouldn’t do more than that.  she wasn’t violent by nature, and even if she was caught in a moment or two of thought about the subject it was gone before she could even act on it.  like now, her fists were relaxed and released, her palms at her sides now.  “i’m not going to fight you, you know.”

BUT HER DENY COMES TOO LATE. not that he would ask for permission, not in his days anyways, vampires never asked for it, unless it was entry to one’s home. he is before her in a second, hand wrapped around her throat while the other traces the line of her neck. behind there, he can feel the rush of blood, the pumping of her heart. its not fear what he feels though, not at first. “Oh, are you one of those, sweetheart? the bitten ones? who enjoy the thrill of a bite?” he asks without expecting an answer as eyes turn red with bloodlust and fangs show on his teeth. “do not worry, it would hardly hurt.”

Alex didn’t know what to say, didn’t know if he even wanted to talk but knowing that he couldn’t just sit in silence. Looking towards her he inhaled deeply and decided on what he wanted to say or ask her. “Why are you being so nice?” he asked, it was something he didn’t expect from anyone.             there’s  a  slight  tilt  of  his  head  as  if  he’s  trying  to  get  a  better  look.  with  the  way  her  hair  falls  he  thinks  he  can  see  the  outline  of  some  ink.  tattoos  are  something  he’s  always  been  in,  especially  on  someone  else.  they  can  tell  a  lot  about  the  person  because  most  times  they  mean  something  and  even  if  they  don’t,  it  still  says  something  about  them.  ❛  you  got  a  tattoo  on  your  neck?  ❜  he  twirls  his  unlit  cigarette  between  his  fingers  as  he  straightens  his  position.  he’s  pretty  sure  his  neck  is  one  of  the  only  things  untouched  by  a  needle  on  him,  but  that’s  just  because  he  hasn’t  thought  of  something  yet.  ❛  did  it  hurt?  ❜

LIPS TAINTED IN BLOOD, they curl into a smirk, half amused by the comment. the hybrid stares with casual interest, thumb brushing against the side of his lip to clean the blood. “no, no, sweetheart, it’s not polite to white draw an invitation after you had given it so freely.” and the hybrid is stepping closer and closer, the shadow of his eyes turning gold, veins appearing on the sides of his eyes as he stares down. “i might be kind and let you live. all you have to do is be a darling, and do not scream.”
