Vampyronassa — рід вимерлих головоногих молюсків-вампіроморфів, описаний у 2002 році та відомий приблизно з 20 скам’янілостей з нижнього келовея (середня юра, 165–164 млн років) в Ла-Вульт-сюр-Рон, Ардеш, Франція. Цей таксон відрізняється від сучасного пекельного вампіра (Vampyroteuthis infernalis) тим, що мав довші перші спинні щупальці, більший сифон і довшу мантію. Vampyronassa was described as a vampire squid relative from the Mid-Jurassic. Though similar in appearance, some people doubt the classification due to the trickiness of analyzing cephalopod fossils.
