i think it's interresting how we have a name everyone knows for the color space between blue and green (turquoise) but not between yellow and green looking at my 'green' tea. i guess the middle would be what we call spring green, obviously more green than yellow eventhough it's just as close as blue is to green is turquoise 🤔 like we don't recognize yellow before green is no longer recognizable.
and we perceive dark yellow as brown, which is a color that is not even on the light color spectrum.
yet we illustrate the sun as yellow when it's not. interesting.
