Luther/Alice Morgan!

who is the big spoon/little spoon: John tried spooning Alice once. It felt disturbing and reminded him of how much he missed Zoe more than anything, and Alice is perfectly willing to play big spoon, but he’s uncomfortable with that too unless very, very tired. Mostly they slump together shoulder to shoulder, or Alice sits up against the headboard while John lies prone with his head cradled in his hands.

what is their favorite non-sexual activity: murder no actually it is murder. Or taking walks in the early evening is nice too.

who uses all the hot water in the morning: Neither; Alice is very precise about what she deems appropriate and Luther’s showers initially last about 30 seconds. Alice smiles at him and compliments his economy. He starts taking longer showers after that (sometimes she joins).

what they order from take out: John’s a chips and whatever-sort-of-meat man, can’t be bothered with much else. Alice gets Indian: saag paneer and the hottest curries and the rarest, spiciest lamb.

what is the most trivial thing they fight over: Fights between these two may be short, but they are never trivial unless Jenny’s rearing is involved, in which case they are almost every time (mostly because Alice likes to play act at her idea of 50s TV motherhood).

who does most of the cleaning: Alice does a little (see above), but day to day, most domestic tasks other than cooking fall to Jenny.

what has a season pass in their DVR: various nature documentaries, for Alice. John doesn’t DVR anything; he only ever flops down in front of the TV when he’s too tired to do anything else and will watch pretty much whatever comes on (usually sports or news).

who controls the netflix queue: Alice, which occasionally causes Jenny tantrums. Luther couldn’t care less.

who calls up the super/landlord when the heat’s not working: Alice.

who steals the blankets: Alice.

who leaves their stuff around: Luther all day erryday (luckily, he doesn’t have much stuff). Also Jenny, but she’s getting better about it since she’s usually the one who has to clean house.

who remembers to buy the milk: Luther is actually sort of good at this. He doesn’t buy, like, the other dozen essential items they need, because he could live on bread and water in a corrugated tin shed and not notice the basic amenities he was missing, but he feels proud, like he’s contributing, when he brings home his fake wife and fake daughter milk.

who remembers anniversaries: John (but he doesn’t say anything), Alice (and she always rubs it in).

Toph/Sokka. I am very sorry Suki! I love you too! And I love Sokka/Suki, like, in their first episode together when he bows to her and I just cry and cry and cry for years! and also the outmaking. Really, I'd probably be 99% as happy with my wonderland of a headcanon after the show ends about Toph and Sokka hanging out at the Fire Palace constantly and getting drunk and ruining stuff and trolling Zuko and getting him into their ridiculous schemes while their wives Suki and Mai sip tea and have amazingly badass sparring battles but still when Sokka and Zuko show up just give them wide-eyed looks (Suki) and wrinkle her nose delicately (Mai) and tell them to go take baths and then come back and talk. So maybe what I am really saying is 

Sokka/Suki

Mai/Zuko

and Ty Lee/Azula

(but... Toph/Sokka!!!!!)

I am also a big fan of Jin/Zuko and Jet/Zuko! Sorry Kataang fans (I feel you eyeing me in consternation), I have nothing against your ship at all, but I have never found it within me to really care either.
