Some of y'all REAAALLLLLY mischaracterize Jason.

He isn't a sad little gay boy who's misunderstood and nice. He's a kid with trauma who shows out. I feel bad for him, but he isn't a little angel.

I feel like the double standard is used with him and wildernessa. People say she's "mean" and "annoying" but she's similar to Jason in certain ways. (Craig "rival", know it all, comes off kinda annoying, well written) But they're also different.

(not character hate, more so fandom hate in a way ig)

In all honestly the only mischaracterization I see for Jason is people saying he's a 'bully' or an irredeemable monster. The guy dammed up a creek and sprayed kids with a water gun not kick a puppy to the middle of the street.

I do agree, him and Vanessa do have some similarities, but they are pretty different from each other. I do feel like there's a sort of double standard of some kind with the two, I'm just confused how the crew made Craig immediately forgave Vanessa but made Craig continue hating Jason for the sake of it.

So you know how Eleanor (Name i made for Jason's step mom) wishes he was a chihuahua and is more comfortable around them than Jasaginae??? This kinda implies she likes animals more than kids.

That sounds exactly like Vanessa. Think about it. She's way more comfortable around animals than people. Just like how Vanessa likes animals more than people due to her being bullied and school and cause no one let her play the victim card when she mauled another kid. (Then again, that's one side of the story, and we have nothing we're just expected to know the full story and feel bad for her)

What if Jasagine and Vanessa are actually step siblings and Vanessa is neglected by her mom in favor of Jason's step mom's chihuahuas and Jason's dad.

Like mother like daughter, I guess.
