Prep: 1.5 tsp, 180 degrees, 3 min It has a very toasted fragrance while steeping. Which is not a surprise since both Green Pekoe and Hojicha have toasted qualities to them. Once it is finished brewing, the Vanilla is able to join the others in creating an inviting fragrance. This turned out wonderfully! The Vanilla is the star of the flavor. It is present but not overwhelmingly so. It is supported nicely by the Green Pekoe and Hojicha. It is a wonderful, sweet cup of green tea. Yay!
