Ingredients: 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or any plant-based milk of your choice. 1 teaspoon matcha powder. 1 tablespoon maple syrup or sweetener of choice. 1 vanilla bean pod seeds scraped. Optional: Ice cubes for iced version.
Instructions: Over medium heat, warm the almond milk in a small saucepan without letting it boil. Mix matcha powder and maple syrup together in a small bowl with a whisk. Mix the matcha powder and vanilla bean seeds that have been scraped into the warm almond milk. Whisk the mixture until it is fully mixed in and foamy. Pour the mix over ice cubes to make an iced latte. Pour into a mug to make a hot latte. Serve right away and enjoy!
