please, search for body{ in your code and just below that, paste the following code.

background-image:url('yoururl'); background-attachment:fixed; background-repeat:repeat;

where is yoururl replace with the image url. if you want to use an image that fills the entire background, change repeat to no-repeat and add background-size:cover;
