huge shout out to my chili pepper for practicing and dreaming with me for months leading up to oireachtas. To my husband for making me dinner on late nights to telling me not to give up when I was feeling down. To Lauren Early and the reaching new heights team for providing the tools to make me faster and stronger. And to my parents for being there on the big day 💜💜💜 love you all more than you know.

Since its St Patrick's day and I am also hearing people are stealing bits of my choreography!! Yep mine!!! Not Aaron crosbie, not Carson-Kennedy or anybody else for that matter. I decided to give my #vanishinglake a go. I'm just going through the motions here. As i have only put my heavies on once since Halloween, havnt been to the gym in a month and have been really depressed and drinking in abundance. Hence It's no were near as perfected as it was and Ive shortened it/ cheated due to fitness. The floor is also really slippy, concrette and not big hence i run out of space. Its about 30% of what it was, I especially love my bendy knees, hanging and straight feet!! I start blagging it after the double back click into the double spin! It was the second time recording it and i couldn't be arsed doing it again, besides I nearly always blag part of it. Also - I invented that movement! I did it first with a single spin at the first gates of derry. A Midlands male dancer and his girlfriend saw me do it, he said to her it looked too girly, then at the worlds in london he had something very similar in it and won!!! I also invented the back, double, single, tripple then toe stand - i did it in my jig in Montreal!
