See I see Cameron’s policies as a continuation of lots of Thatcherite ideologies, meaning it’s tricky to separate the two. 

But Margaret Thatcher proved that women can have power. She, of course, refused to call herself a feminist, and did little to help women in Britain - but she came from a grammar school. She was not raised as Cameron was, at public schools. She got where she ended up by hard graft. The lady’s not for turning is still heralded as a brilliant speech by all sides of the political spectrum. 

 So I think? I’d say Thatcher. Not really sure though! They both have done great damage to this country.
