VANS US OPEN | DAY 3 | PAINTING VANS PRO PARK

Day 3 of painting the Vans Pro Park started with all hands on deck as the Vans US Open of Surfing in Huntington Beach, CA was about to start.  Artists Lauren Asta, Jack Graydon, Teddy Kelly, Andrew Pommier and Michael C. Hsiung put on the finishing touches to their various mural sections. We will post pics of the finished bowl soon! (Special thanks to Misty Summers, Austin England, Kimmy McAtee, Cassandra and Evan!)

La CDMX se divirtió ante los vuelos y la intensidad de las #VansBMXProCup El fin de semana el Skatepark Metro Puebla 2 de la Ciudad de México recibió a cerca de 40 atletas hombres y mujeres que compitieron por un lugar en el podio de la modalidad BMX, donde luego de tres días de bicicletas, saltos y velocidad, se coronó a los australianos Natalya Diehm y Jason Watts, en las categorías femenil y varonil. Se trató de una competencia de BMX de alto nivel, en el que Watts no podía perder, pues luego de ganar en Guadalajara los dos años anteriores, volvió subir al podio gracias a sus clásicas variaciones nose to manual, a las que agregó una transición pocket flair del quarter pipe de concreto a la rampa de madera, construida por él mismo para el evento.
