15. Favorite underrated lady character

I’d put Phasma in this category too, but there is that slight difference between “character who very few fans stan for” and “character who doesn’t get as much praise as she deserves”. So in both cases … Eris? I know I’ve latched onto her for personal reasons, but I also think there’s a strong story in there. It’s a strong story unencumbered by in-universe sexism or a romantic relationship, too. (Ironic I know, since I’m a shipper, but the lack of romance in Destiny is one of the things that draw me to it.) She has a lot of things that some fans clamor for: strength of personality, a unique voice, a costume that isn’t sexualized, interactions that don’t at all refer to physical beauty, and her own flaws and issues to work through. Bungie doesn’t seem to know what to do with her these days, though - she has the strongest backstory of all of the vendors but doesn’t even appear on the Age of Triumph scorecard.
