I've been following for a while and I really love your work <3 The comics were a great distraction when I was bed bound due to an illness, so thank you very much for making the world a little bit brighter!! If you don't mind, can you please clarify one little thing I'm still a bit confused about? Is Dratini Vap's pet or child? Asking because it makes me think both of my 2 years old niece and my cats (yes, they do have a lot in common)

Hi there! Thank you so much for your message, it's meaningful to me to hear. Being bed bound is difficult. I have also struggled with my health so I understand a little of what you feel. I hope things have improved for you! That's a good question! Vap and Dratini have a funny relationship. Technically, in the world of Pokemon, Dratini is a child of toddler age. Vap found Dratini's egg on the beach and accidentally hatched it. The whole Vap crew is something like an extended adoptive family for Dratini. However, Vap, Zubat and the gang aren't exactly "parent material." And Dratini appears to be mostly non-verbal. Regardless, there's a lot of love there! Even if that means feeding a toddler candy off the floor...
