JUICE REVIEW: Khlorine by Vapetrik
The juice I was using was 6mg in strength in an Aspire Nautilus Mini with a fresh 1.8ohm coil.
Many of you are probably already familiar with Vapetrik, the juice line by YouTuber RipTrippers. Living in the UK, the Vapetrik line is relatively hard to get hold of but luckily the good folks over at Northern Vapour (http://www.northernvapour.co.uk) had some in stock.
Khlorine is from Rip's debut line of juice that he started in April of 2013 along with his tobacco juice Dorky Stud.
In his initial description of the juice prior to launch, he stated:
I wanted to create something that was totally different. Not a tobacco, not a fruity, not a dessert vape - something that was indescribable. Something where the flavours really mesh that is really complex and you can't put your finger on what it is.
This description is definitely accurate as no single flavour jumps out, more of an ever-changing vape that evolves throughout. The juice is definitely a sweet juice and this sweetness jumps out immediately on the inhale and coats your tongue in sugary deliciousness. On the exhale, the the experience really begins as notes of tart cream, blueberry, and zest seep through with tobacco and floral undertones complimenting the initial sweetness well.
An interesting thing to note on this juice is how much it evolves at varying voltages/wattages. I initially ran this juice at 9watts which I believe is the 'sweet spot' in my opinion. Upon increasing the wattage to 11watts, the sweetness becomes more forthcoming and at 15watts the tobacco/floral flavours show some more presence. At 8watts and below, the juice seems to lack depth and complexity, making it a more two dimensional vape. I would be tempted to vape at lower wattages when stealth vaping as the sweet aroma is quite forthcoming and may not be to everyone's taste.
This delicious juice definitely isn't for everyone but I strongly recommend trying it out if you get chance.
