Hey guys! Just starting my awesome Friday here at VapingZone, and I wanted to personally let all of our Tumblr followers a few things.
1- I appreciate every single one of you. Even if you don’t like, follow, or reblog. Even if you quickly scroll past our posts on your dash. My appreciation is unconditional!
2- If you have noticed that I unfollowed you, it is not because I dislike your content, or you as a person. I have to keep my work here as efficient as possible, and finding relevant vape related content easily is crucial to that. If I get NSFW content on my dashboard here at work, I’ve gotta get rid of it. Also, if your blog is *mostly* non-vaping posts, I would probably unfollow as well. This isn’t a 100% absolute rule, but it’s likely the case.
3- If you see a vape meme post that looks very similar to yours but cleaned up in some way, it is because I also do graphic design. If I see a vape meme type post that I really like, but I feel like I can re-create it with a better quality original image and neaten up the font, reduce film-grain, or correct the aspect ratio, I will. I do not mean to take credit for these. If there is some way I should be citing the blog that I got the original idea of my fixed image from, please do let me know!
4- I want our VZ blog to be more social, not just a blast of posts from me to you. I was a Tumblr user years before I began working for VZ, and I do miss the “community” type feeling that I used to get.
