We have such strict laws in the UK and I completely understand the negativity that vaping gets in the U.S and other countries who don’t regulate as much as the UK but I have been smoke free for something like 6-8 years (will have to check my Instagram) and I am so much fitter, no horrible smell, no out of breath when I walk up the stairs at work, I won’t criticise or be a hypocrite to those who smoke as that’s just not how it should be, I had my smoke time since I was 13, hasn’t been hard at all and I am so glad I gave up the way I did. 💨 do your research and if you can and you want to give up then if I can anyone can…
