she is unsure --- there's plenty of verses where she considers herself to have really shitty luck & if fate is supposed to bring her about somewhere, she feels pretty peeved that it has to continuously kick her in the teeth each time she gets somewhere. while it's hard to say, even with a string of bad luck, ramona does like to think it all means something for her, that it'll all lead her somewhere.
if not, then she'll still re-write her own fate. even out of pure spite.
