Lacho is great and everything, but what about Mike/Nacho? there is not nearly enough fic for this pairing. Id love a fic where Mike has to choose between his loyalty to Fring or saving Nacho and he chooses Nacho. Something like the ending from "The Good Son" when both boys roll off the cliff, and the mom grabs hold of them—and as both her evil son and good nephew desperately plead for her to save them, she has to let one go to save the other.

the idea of Mike being torn between loyalty to Gus and the soft spot he very clearly has for Nacho is such a good concept, and kind of a core issue of the entire relationship between Nacho and Mike the more the show progresses. I would be very surprised if the last season didn't examine this in some way or form!

Every now and then, looking at Jesse gives Mike déjà vu.

do you think nacho would ever go to mike to get patched up after a fight?

Ok but imagine an AU where after Caldera stitched him up and he reported to Gus, Nacho ended up on Mike’s doorstep instead of on his father’s couch...! 

And while we’re at it. I cordially invite you. To imagine. Mike drinking and getting himself beaten up after the whole Werner ordeal. Mike’s getting the crap kicked outa him, and he must have spaced out cuz sure enough, the sound of dull thuds continues, but he doesn’t feel anything, and he thinks it’s probably just numbness settling in. But then he feels himself being yanked up by his arms and hears a familiar voice hissing “You trying to get yourself killed??”

Mike’s kinda slipping in and out of consciousness, next thing he knows, he’s in the back of a car, then on a leather couch that smells like burnt meth. And there’s Nacho fussing over him, taking care of his wounds, every now and then whispering something admonishing or bitter like “what the fuck were you thinking” or “you owe me for this...!”

And Mike doesn’t have any choice but to just let it happen with the state he’s in, and he hates that Nacho’s seeing him like this, he doesn’t deserve to be looked after right now. But Nacho won’t stop Mike you lie your ass back down and let him disinfect that or so help him god...!

Just ahsdjhsad I love Mike taking care of Nacho, but Nacho being all stern and worried over Mike would be such a nice switch up!
