Afternoon reading... always love information about gut health. It’s SO Important. Last year I started taking a regular probiotic and then introducing lots more probiotic and gut-happy foods. These range from a decent Greek yoghurt, to sauerkraut, kimchi, kefir etc. The more variety you get into your diet the better- plus the added bonus of a dopamine response so you don’t get bored by repetitive meals. Even salad dressings can have a great gut effect (apple cider vinegar with olive oil) and it doesn’t take much effort to add these to your lunchbox or evening meal plate. Start experimenting with new foods and combinations and my advice is that if you get bored then don’t go in search of a meal plan, just reopen the cookbooks and have a play around at the weekend with a few new meal ideas. I normally work on rotation of a good stash of recipes and then swap them up every month or so. Inspiring foods are so much more delicious! #guthealth #microbiome #guthealthdiet #nutritioncoach #gutnutition #clevergutsdiet #varietyinfood #lotsoffun #makefoodinteresting #adaptyourrecipes #trysomethingnew #eatseasonalfood #lotsofhappyguts #ketosis #ketodiet #ketouk #lowcarb #bantingdiet #highfatdiet #nutritionallydensefoods #westonprice
