WIP of a Dragonborn OC relevant to Bellos's story, he sounds just like Puss and Boots. Hes a loan shark who helped smuggle bellos into the city, bellos now owes him an unpayable amount of money for the effort it took to forge his papers and for the constant expenses to keep him housed and fed. Bellos is a hacker who empties people's bank accounts and Varthis swoops in to "save" them. Varthis is the head of a moderately sized crime syndicate focused on drugs and money laundering.
