Sure! Here are 10 facts about Vax and Valentino!
1. Valentino calls Vax his little butterfly or his star.
2. Vax speaks in Spanish for Valentino because he knows his Mami misses having someone to talk to in Spanish
3. Vax and Valentino often paint and draw together
4. Valentino taught Vax how to use his wings and fly
5. Valentino actually developed a work schedule so he could spend more time with Vax

1. Vax’s relationship with Valentino is really good, Valentino surprisingly is often the voice of reason ( IE giving Va. privacy, setting firm boundaries, and disciplining him when he goes too far.) and a very loving parent toward Vax. And Vax loves his Mami but can admit that he has some anger issues
2. Velvette has always been aunt velvette, or aunt vel for short. In my story there is graphic mpreg and birth (BOTTOM VALENTINO FOREVER!) and since valentino gave birth to him, Vox is dad/daddy, Valentino is Mami, ans Velvette is Aunt Vel.
i can't help but keep thinking of connie and her mom from steven universe, especially the nightmare hospital episode, when it comes to vox and vax.
Oh yeah I can totally see this, Vax is like 14 or 15 years old. He's not supposed to have weapons and Vox finds it 1 day, not knowing that it's demonic magic. And confiscates it and Vax freaks out because he's been practicing with it. Then when a new minor level overlord picks a fight when their in public, Vax shows off his skills with a bedazzled chainsaw. And Vox is very surprised and impressed.
you mentioned that you hc vax enjoys making music- what genre of music does he generally create? can you rec any artists that are close to what you imagine his music sounds like?
Oooooooh Anon, this is going to be a lengthy explanation. So first of all, I want to perface this by stating, I'm a Afro Caribbean American woman so my music taste skew a little bit towards my cultures. But given the fact that Vox is a white man in media, it would be completely plausible that he's okay with stealing from more popular and talented artists. And then passing it off as his own or on more acceptable (IE white) talent think like Elvis Presley.
So growing up, because Velvette is canonically a black British woman, that Vax would grow up with both UK drill music and rap, as well as EDM, and African American music as well as Afro-Caribbean music as black British people from the UK often consume those types of music. I personally he believe would enjoy those genres and NOT say the N-word because Velvette would definitely cancel him.
With valentino, he is a latino from florida, and I know his voice actor is puerto rican, although it would make more sense for Valentino to be Cuban. so I have a head canon that respects both that says that he is a mixed latino with either Dominican, Cuban or puerto rican. And he died in the 70s, which means he likes a lot of the classic, samba, bachata music and Spanish music, however, since he lives with Vox and velvet velvet would introduce him to modern reggaeton, which is something that I feel Valentino, would definitely enjoy (Valentino would love Cardi B). So Vax, would definitely like Spanish music and maybe discover Brazilian phonk music and Florida drill beats as well.
We know now that Vox died in the 1950s or Early to late 60s. Vox most likely liked Jazz music and crooner type singing, think Frank Sinatra and because Vox has modern tech, I think he would still like those type of singers but more modern. So think Michael Bublé or Josh Groban. And I would also like to believe that Vox is a huge fan of musicals and show tunes. So Vax would group up listen to powerful singers and vocal ranges because of this.
Which brings me back to Vax. I think the type of music could be generally creates. If he leans more towards being a DJ would be reggaeton beats or mashups of songs that have the same beats per minute. So it would be a lot of mashup of video game songs with megalovania (because it goes with everything). But he would be really great at making song transitions and mashups for clubs and parties.
If he went the indie artist route, he would be very close to Melanie Martinez, with a mix of Lady Gaga. Because he can sing, dance, Act and perform. Plus because of Vox, he can play piano. So he would be very good at blending genres together and making very creative art, it would be sexual enough that Valentino would be proud, as Melanie Martinez's music does have sexual elements, but his voice is powerful enough that there is actual talent there. Which Vox would be proud of. and of course, the velvette would be proud of all of his cool show outfits (like lady gaga).
