This may be a bold take, but these mfs are so similar in terms of character development.
None of them have much desire for social situations (despite sometimes being forced into them) and would much rather spend their time in a lab.
They both end up (purposfully or not) creating a portal to other timelines/worlds,
Viktor and Hordak both come from a darker side of the world with steampunk/cyberpunk undertones (you gotta admit the fright zone and zaun are kinda similar, esp the scenes where the sun is red, you know the ones), take over the scientific field, then ascend to become part of a weird hive mind type thing thats obsessed with perfection even at the cost of humanity and morality.
Entrapta and Jayce both go through an arc where they nearly give up on everything (jayce in the bad timeline and entrapta with that weird evil tree vine thing) then come back and convince the other that their imperfections are beautiful and part of who they are.
Their entire realities nearly get destroyed at least once and there's a weird alternate timeline where everything is okay (the "everything is perfect in the fright zone" timeline, and the timeline where hextech aint there), except for one flaw (it aint even real and also the horde is still evil asf, and Vi died)
There's a canon couple of lesbians leading the shit show ship show who spend half the time fighting each other cause they're on different sides. But anyway the fandom still decided to obsess equally if not even more over this technically non canon but heavily implied side ship.
Also there's this blue shiny and very powerful weapon/artefact with a bunch of runes on it involved somewhere.
In conclusion, they are each other in another timeline your honour.
So tired of Jayce and Viktor shippers calling it Jayvik when you could be out here calling it Vayce. Because Vases are fucken nice you cowards. They are also empty on the inside, like me, after finishing arcane and realising this is it.
