STARTERS
Guys, this is really important and we’ve made many posts about it. Character interaction is SO important when it comes to keeping a roleplay alive, including people other than your ship partner, and to avoid cliches. It’s of utter importance that you reply to starters.
There are starters with very low to ZERO notes and that is NOT OKAY. Not only is it against the rules, but it isn’t fair to the person whose starter doesnt get any notes. It makes them feel left out and it might make them feel bad about themselves and we are not about that here.
This is a rule:
“Please always check the starter tag - we ask that you respond to at least two other starters before posting your own. Pay particular attention to those with lower note counts.”
You need to respond to at least two other starters before posting your own. It can be from any of your characters, as long as you’re replying to other starters before posting your own.
Another thing is PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU’RE TAGGING YOUR STARTERS WITH ‘VCASSTARTER’ This helps people who are not on at the time to be able to go back and respond to your starter. Please tag every starter.
Guys, I understand that we harp on this a lot, but it is so important to keep a functioning, welcoming, thriving, and peaceful RP. It is apart of the rules and has been since the very beginning.
